If you submitted information through our website, Facebook Page, Meta Lead Ads, Instagram, advertisements, lead forms, SMS, email, phone, or other communication channels connected to Borderlanders Inc., you may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us by email.
1. How to Request Data Deletion

Please include the following information in your request so we can locate your records:

- A short message stating that you want your personal information deleted

2. What Happens After We Receive Your Request
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify your identity or confirm the information needed to locate your records.
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, safety, insurance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
Information that is no longer needed and is not required to be retained will be deleted, anonymized, or securely removed from active systems where reasonably practicable.

Submitting a deletion request may limit our ability to provide services, respond to inquiries, process applications, coordinate transportation-related communications, or maintain ongoing business relationships.
